Where we ship

Orders ship from Cecilia, Kentucky, United States. We deliver only to street addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, P.O. boxes, or international destinations.

Shipping cost and estimated delivery

Standard shipping is free on all eligible orders, with no minimum purchase.

• Order processing: 1–3 business days.

• Transit after shipment: 3–5 business days.

• Total estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days, counted from the day processing begins.

Our order cutoff is 4:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time, observing daylight saving time. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Delivery estimates exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Tracking and shipping issues

We email a tracking number when your order ships. If you need to correct your delivery address before shipment, email support@briarcrestshop.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your package is late, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us so we can investigate and help.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice of accepting a revised shipment timeframe or canceling the unshipped order for a full, prompt refund.
