Orders and availability

Review your items, quantities, and delivery details before placing an order. An order acknowledgment confirms we received your order. If we cannot fulfill an order because an item is unavailable, we cannot verify payment, or the address is outside our delivery area, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the canceled items.

Product listings describe what is included. Items shown for context in photos are included only if the listing says so. Check the listed dimensions and specifications before ordering.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices and payments are in U.S. dollars. Checkout shows the available payment methods, any applicable sales tax, and the total before you place your order. Standard shipping is free on eligible orders with no minimum purchase.

Delivery and shipment delays

We ship from Cecilia, Kentucky, to eligible street addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. The Shipping Policy explains address exclusions, the order cutoff, processing and transit estimates, and tracking.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice of accepting a revised shipment timeframe or canceling the unshipped order for a full, prompt refund.

Cancellations, returns, and exchanges

You may request cancellation before shipment by emailing us with your order number. If we cancel the order before shipment, we refund the original payment method. If it has already shipped, you can request a return after delivery.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery. We accept eligible change-of-mind returns as well as returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Our Return and Refund Policy sets out the item condition requirements, prepaid return procedure, and refund timing.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law. These terms apply alongside our Terms of Service.
